Producer and Host, Jacqui Denker, has created a great segment in celebration of National Sauce Month (March, 2022). Jacqui and her The List crew arrived on Thursday, March 17th to help make 3 epic and tasty sauces with Kasai’s Head Chef Martin Kucera. The two created three of our fan favorites from scratch. Mongolian BBQ, Bang Bang, and Citrus Cherry. They had a blast showing you how to create these sauces at home. We have added these items here for you to make at home! Mongolian BBQ
Sauce

This big and bold sauce is perfect for ribs, chops, and dipping of any savory items. Bell peppers (red, green, yellow, and orange) are great for dipping too! Brush it on and grill. It will create a tasty char.
Bang Bang
Sauce

Some Asian restaurants call it “Firecracker” sauce. We use this sauce for tempura shrimp, tempura chicken, and other fried items. It’s also awesome as a mayo substitute on sandwiches!
Citrus Cherry
Sauce

This sweet citrus sauce is tangy and zippy. Great for crab rangoons, spring rolls, wontons, egg rolls, and all those tasty Asian deep-fried appetizers. Bright red, it’s a must for any party.
